Check entire house for breakage, open doors and windows,
Check for water leaks etc.
Give house some fresh air
Check Pool for clarity, water level and pump performance and inform Pool Maintenance if necessary.
Flush all toilets and make sure that they work proper
Test hot water function, Test AC or and Fans
Check refrigerator and freezer to insure function
Check for possible termite /ant infestation
Water all indoor plants
Check propane tank between guests.
Check lights throughout house and change as needed.
Insure supplies in all bathrooms are ready for next guest. Welcome guest or clients at our Uvita based Office.
Handle check in & out guest, providing all support to insure pleasant stay

Perform inspection & Insure that all A.C systems, Fans, lights etc are turned off as appropriate
Insure that House Cleaner removes all perishable items remaining in refrigerator and house. Make sure garbage is taken to Garbage Bin Send Check out report to property owner
