The enchanting home is nestled in ten acres of natural rainforest with an array of exotic flora and fauna, including tropical fruit trees, spectacular jungle wildlife, incredible butterflies, and a rolling river.
This vacation house is 3000 square feet with air conditioning and ceiling fansthroughout. The house has three large bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has wood vaulted ceilings and a fabulous outdoor covered deck overlooking the Pacific, complete with a hammock and a outdoor teak wet bar. Relax in the king-size bed while viewing a breathtaking sunset or lightning storm over the Pacific. Master bathroom has two large showers and a sunken tub and double vanity.
Downstairs guest bedrooms each have full-size beds and spacious bathrooms with double vanity, large sunken tub/shower and walk-in closets. All rooms have spectacular views of the jungle and the ocean. The house has hardwood ceilings and hand-made wood doors and cabinets. Large modern kitchen opens up to the spacious dining and living area.
Kitchen also has a pass-through window bar for eating by the large tiled swimming pool.
It is recommended that you have a four-wheel drive vehicle; it gives you the most options and you will appreciate it if you plan to do any exploring.
